So what kind of films are you looking for?

We’re looking for films that have emotional power and resonance, are audacious, cutting edge and courageous. They can be funny or sad, make us laugh or cry; whatever it takes to change a behaviour for the good of our planet. We also want our film-makers to enjoy the experience and learn something in the process, because exploration is the best possible way to educate.

All films will be viewed by the Review Committee to ensure they meet the competition criteria and do not contain offensive material. They will then be uploaded to YouTube where you and your friends will be able to view. We encourage you to share on social media – the more people your film reaches the closer we get to our goal of educating 1 million people.  The ten shortlisted films, five from each category, will be considered by the Judging Panel and the winning entries will be promoted across Mirvac developments and media.

How will I know if my film has been shortlisted?

We will inform all shortlisted entrants via email that their film has made the shortlist in each category. Plus we’ll shout out the shortlist on the competition website, YouTube and social media channels.
